Behind the Barbry tray, there is the Scandinavian handicraft tradition, which was translated by the designer Aurélien Barbry into modernity. The chef’s knife is an all-rounder for food of all kinds.
The handles of the Barbry tray are a little elevated at the sides, in order to hold the tray easier, even if the tray stands on a flat surface. Excellent quality is self-evident here again: The Danish manufacturer Georg Jensen produces the tray of the Barbry collection out of oak wood. Suitable as a serving tray or for decoration purposes – the tray suits both of the functions with its reduced and still shapes.
